As we start this journey together (I appreciate some of you might have been in isolation for a week or so now), I know that daily I am going through a roller-coaster different emotions and feelings, moments of happiness for what we have currently and thoughts of sadness at what the next few months of our lives bring. One thing is for certain that we will be spending A LOT of time in and around our own houses, never venturing outside to go to jobs, run errands, do the school run, meet up for coffee or pop to the gym. The photos above is what I am going to wearing on repeat over the next few weeks until the weather starts warming up.

Life has changed and so must our dressing habits. When we have downtime at home be honest most of us pop on our ‘comfies’, which can be an old pair of tracksuit bottoms, activewear, PJ’s, onesies or purposely brought lounge-wear. When helping women detox their wardrobes there is always an acceptance that we have and we wear lounge-wear around the house, but I always insist we clear it out so this doesn’t get too full of old t-shirts, sweaters and tracksuits that have holes in them and are no longer wearable.

This morning I cleared my drawer of PJ’s, old yoga pants and sweaters and popped a few bits in the clothing bank whilst off out on a walk with my family. So now I know what I want and what I’m missing from my 'isolation wardrobe’, it’s time to start shopping. I have broken it down into categories for inspiration for you, for what you need and please, only buy pieces that work for you as trips to send parcels back to the retailers at the post office or local shops is not something all of us are capable of doing in isolation.
